Seller was excellent, reached out to them if I could have a torch with markings on it, they got back very quickly considering time zones and their daily business. Could have shipped it in something more substantial as it was torn in a couple spots and so was the factory wrapping but it was not damaged. Second time with this seller. However, (and not the seller's fault) the U.S.P.S. shipping was terrible. First, the package was never scanned in after the initial creation of the shipping label. Then the U.S.P.S. "lost" the package.
