When I received part it was damaged and not shown in picture description.. swan auto immediately issued a refund and said to keep part no reason to send it back . Also said he didn’t realize part was damaged otherwise it would have never been shipped out. Top notch service.. An outstanding seller! I bought an ECM for an old Buick. The seller checked every ECM he had to match the PROM I thought was needed. When the ECM arrived, I discovered I was mistaken and needed a different PROM. He then went to the trouble of opening every ECM he stocked to verify the ID of the PROM inside. Even though he didn’t have what I needed, I very much appreciate his effort. And I’m keeping the ECM he sent just in case. Also, the very best at communicating I’ve seen on eBay.
