The dark chocolate i ordered came as milk chocolate with a rotten white film over it, the chocolate has gone off and they sent it anyway. Disappointed as it was meant as a gift for someone

Sorry but you don't sell chocolates for 40 years and then decide to send rotten chocolate, why on earth would a seller do that for $20??. Truth be told, you left it in the sun, outside in Summer and tthat's what has happened. That chocolate has been heat damaged.
