Item arrived damaged even though packaging was in perfect condition. Package was also labelled as sent from Amazon Returns which leads me to believe swiftmall sells Amazon returns as brand new products. Seller was helpful and refunded item but be wary as I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as this seems a common issue with this seller and this was supposed to be a gift which is now unusable.
