    Seller couldn't locate item in inventory, it happens, they were clear with communication and refunded as soon as they confirmed they couldn't send the item. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again, zero issues with this, not ideal but what are you gunna do? Life do be like that.

Great seller AAA+++ One small criticism as follows: VSDL Modem/Router & Power Supply were all placed into the original box, without any internal packaging and everything was rattling around. Fortunately there was no damage (scratches, etc) when the delivery arrived, so all's well that ends well. Had some crunched up newspaper or a piece of egg carton been placed in the box then it would have stopped the rattling. It is what it is and overall I am 100% happy with the purchase.
