    Elegantina Review Dishonest Seller‼️ Buyer Beware. ‼️ He sold me an authentic Chanel Necklace which came with a receipt from reputable Chanel store. Once I paid for it, he cancelled the sale without my permission as probably he got a higher offer from someone else or realised he could get a better price elsewhere. He tried to convince me that the item is fake, as I knew the item was 100% authentic as it came with a receipt from the Chanel store it was bought . See photo for rest of details

    Because the appraisal results before shipping showed that the item was a fake, we sent the buyer photos and videos to prove it and refunded the full amount without shipping the item.It is our responsibility that we listed the item without realizing that it was a fake.However, it is illegal to ship an item that has been appraised before shipping and not inform the buyer.
