Although order was sent immediately, the seller’s chosen Australian courier company took 2 weeks to deliver which was the only disappointment in this transaction. Not the seller’s fault but this courier company isn’t noted for their speed here at my end but orders DO arrive.

    Seller has now changed the listing to include that the item is made of plastic and not aluminium as originally started. No COB light at all. Completely different light sent. They wanted to refund half and I refused. They are trying to blackmail me to not leave negative feedback once refunded full amount. That doesn't happen with me, underhanded seller DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Message to the seller. YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE TO FIX IT RIGHT FROM THE START AND YOU CHOSE THE WRONG OPTION

    I’ve already explained to the buyer that there was an error in our listing, and we have since corrected it. We also agreed to issue a full refund.As a seller, is it really unreasonable for us to kindly ask the buyer not to leave feedback in return?
