    The bracelet is lovely, exactly what was described and looks new. There was a minor issue with Royal Mail sorting the parcel and sending it to the wrong City (not the sellers fault). Contacted seller who answered immediately and looked into the issue, keeping me updated. Bracelet arrived a day or so later.
