Just this once, this particular order was damaged(I think in transit). i emailed the supplier through EBay with pictures of the damage. The company representative agreed immediately to send a replacement with no fuss or delay. True to their promise they had a perfectly good product delivered to my pick up address (Argos in my local.Sainsbury'). That's a class act right there.Recommended.
