Ordered an Xbox one x, was sent an Xbox one s. Wrong console was packaged in the box. Video recorded the whole thing. Wrote to complain, no reply. Sent the item back, still waiting on a refund a week later. Company is ridiculous, also quite rude/blunt replies when asking questions and in a threatening manner. Overall terrible company. Avoid at all costs! I’ve warned you.

I'm sorry to hear that you were sent the wrong console.
I have gone over the communication. I apologise if you feel this was in any way rude but you were asking for a voucher code to be refunded after your order, which you hadn't used at checkout as you cannot use 2 codes at once. This was politely explained to you on multiple occasions but you were arguing to try and get staff to go against eBay policy.
