  Upon receiving it, I seen it was packed nice and tight. Upon opening package, I had found a small crack in one of the corners. I immediately contacted the seller. Seller kept in contact when shipment was delayed because of weather. and offered to make it right even though it wasn’t their fault.   Great customer service. Fedex hnedad issues getting the correct information through there tracking. I reached out to the seller and they got right back with me and assured me if there was any problems that they would make it right. They tracked the item and let me know the new delivery date.   This seller is amazing!! I ordered a pair of floor mats for my Jeep Grand Cherokee a little over 3 weeks ago. Seller noticed that there was an issue with shipper, package was stuck at hub or lost.   I ordered 4 raised beds, when assembling them I realized I was missing 1 corner piece. I contacted the company and spoke with a very friendly and helpful employee, while it took a while I finally received said piece, it had to be shipped all the way from China. I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service, it's a rare thing to be actually listened to and helped these days, and I commend them for it.
