  Even though this order wasn’t completed and I didn’t receive it, I was very happy with the way things went as the seller contacted me very soon after I placed the order to let me know that the quality of the scooter was not up to an acceptable standard. I was offered a very sincere apology and given a complete refund without having to ask for one. I was offered a couple of options inc having my name on a waiting list when better scooters arrive. I can’t fault this seller. I recommend them

  Great product for the price, let down by super slow delivery by aramex couriers, product posted 26/12/24 didn’t arrive until 24/1/25 and was then thrown onto my porch and left in plain sight of the whole neighbourhood without knocking or texting to let me know the package had arrived, would recommend not using this courier service as they were hopeless
