    Extremely poor seller!! Incorrect product description provided by seller. Moreover seller is unresponsive to the message and unwilling to help on issues with product. Packaging was damaged too but seller wash off his shipping related responsibility to Dyson. Be careful!!

    Hi there You bought a Dyson Fan and after opening and using the product, you want to return it for a full refund. We spoke to our supplier and they wont accept this return as its a change of mind . We are sorry but as any other major retailers , none of them will accept this return. Please next time do your due diligence before purchasing any iten We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused. We are doing what our suppliers have asked us to do.

Worth mentioning, apart from the delay, the seller was very professional in all aspects, the shipments (1st & 2nd) were expedited. I was informed throughout the process.
