  Hello, the seller was descriptive enough to a point, where after getting the package, which was well packed, and test all 4 speakers, only to find out 3 of the 4 were good, and the other bad, reaching out to the seller of the matter, who understood the problem completely, and partially refunded me, without a return of the bad one, and for this, I am sincerely grateful to the seller for doing this, I thank you very much.   I am happy with the monitor and the price! You can't really beat the cost that this was offered at for such a rare size of monitor. Once dispatched to FedEx, the monitor made its way here pretty quickly and was decently packaged for a CRT. The photos were just as described but I did notice some phosphor damage on the CRT - but that is expected with age. Communication could have been better but they did cancel and allow me to purchase the monitor after I used the wrong payment method.

  I had purchased this to replace the same model of computer I use as my home media server, as it was having issues. This arrived in no time at all. Packaging was excellent, and did not appear to have any damage. It was absolutely as described. I swapped my hard drive into this and it pretty much booted up as if it were the old computer, so I transferred everything else into it. This saved me some time and money in just building a new server (which will eventually happen). Excellent transaction!
