  Great service, great price, product arrived well packaged and safe. Only one glitch, a small but annoying thing, there was a very small Mute box clicked in Sound Preferences. Which made it seem like the mini Jack wasn't working, but Lyndsay was super helpful and couldn't have dealt with alternatives to the problem any better.   Very good service, and the laptop was given in Brand New condition, could not tell that it was refurbished, very good delivery service. Arrived a few days after.
