  The steeper lid was missing and the seller was not helpful. He asked me to get it from the manufacturer, which is unheard of when you buy a item advertised as "complete." The seller did not provide a replacement for the missing piece. He challenged the pictures provided due to the fact that it was a "sealed item" eveb though they were submitted immediately after receiving it. No explanation or apology for the inconvenience were provided. False advertisement. Be aware.

  This was a fraudulent claim. The product was brand new and factory sealed. The buyer wanted a free Cold Brew machine and successfully got one because eBay determined that the buyer can keep the item and we, the seller, can keep the funds. Therefore, eBay absorbed the cost of this item and the shipping fee. That means that eBay will just try to recoup their loss with higher fees for users.
