Takes photos of the actual laptop you're buying, full spec details in listing, came exactly as described in a really well packaged box, and really quickly as well, used DPD (who are good where I live!) great service, quick postage, better than described excellent value for money, Only small critisism was packaging, taping up the air filled wrapping so that the laptop stays inside it during transit would be a good improvement. Having said that mine was not damaged so you could argue it was adequate.
