  Device shipped fast, price was decent, phone is in good shape. My only concern was how they packaged the device in shipping. It was shipped in a plastic bag, no bubble wrap or cushioning, in a plain white box without even being secured or taped down. Pics to show you what I mean are included in this post. I'm sure it got rattled around quite a lot, we'll see if it effected the device as I use it over the next few weeks.

  Excellent sellers. I had ordered an unlocked phone and received a locked one by mistake. No problem! They were able to accept my return and issue me a refund in no time.   I appreciate Tech Hobbies' prompt and courteous customer service, as my questions were answered and concerns were addressed before I made the purchase. I'm very happy with the phone I received, which appears to be brand new despite its refurbished designation. It arrived unlocked as advertised, so that I could easily install CalyxOS over pre-loaded Android. USPS delayed delivery by a couple days, but that's not the vendor's fault. Highly recommended.
