    After I purchased product, I checked app, it was marked as packed and sent. So I wasn’t paying attention over Xmas to the one notification I got. That the colour I wanted wasn’t available as advertised. Fair enough. But it took approx a month before I realised these people havnt even sent it yet……..then trying to work something out with them was a nightmare. Over $6 ….lol I just bought one from another vendor…..I would recommend steer clear people. Poor customer service.

    The customer ordered the incorrect case, but the customer didn't want to accept it. We gave multiple options to solve the problem, but the customer was adamant about sending an item for free. Our prices are the cheapest on eBay for a reason; we sell items at a very thin margin, so customers can get the benefit of saving money,

    I never got the item as it was lost in transit. Techieexpert sent a message to advise me and then refunded me. They are really great communicators, advising me of the problem, which wasn’t their fault. They had posted the screen protector the day I ordered it, when it didn’t arrive after 11days, I sent them a message, where they explained that the post had lost 80 of their parcels. Really good customer service 🤩
