    The pictures didn't resemble the unit that I received (10 bay pictured but recieved an 8 bay), but it did include everything listed on the description. However, it did arrive with out the rails, but the seller responded to my enquiry quickly and has since posted the rails. It was packed quite well. This would be the third item I have purchased from this seller and they have been pretty good with every so far.

    Not as good as the first lot I purchased, quite a few Problems seller did try to assist and offered to help, but no easy solution. will give seller another go and see if I fair any Better. otherwise delivery very quick, well packed, no complaints there Just BIOS block problems.

    Took time to actually send but used fedex and not some dodgy courier that would have taken weeks to deliver so was an amazing service. I wish more sellers understood that people till pay for real delivery options. Monitor is in great condition and was even sent in a correct ultrawide box even if it was dell. lol. Positive.

I received one incorrect drive (it was missing a label, and was SATA not SAS), and one faulty drive in this shipment, both were returned and promptly refunded.     Great laptop. Great price. However processing time was slow. Didn’t post it within the stated timeframe. Messaged seller to ask about it, was told it would be shipped that day (which was already 1 day after the estimated arrival date), but it was actually shipped the day after.
