    The pictures didn't resemble the unit that I received (10 bay pictured but recieved an 8 bay), but it did include everything listed on the description. However, it did arrive with out the rails, but the seller responded to my enquiry quickly and has since posted the rails. It was packed quite well. This would be the third item I have purchased from this seller and they have been pretty good with every so far.

    Not as good as the first lot I purchased, quite a few Problems seller did try to assist and offered to help, but no easy solution. will give seller another go and see if I fair any Better. otherwise delivery very quick, well packed, no complaints there Just BIOS block problems.
