    The pictures didn't resemble the unit that I received (10 bay pictured but recieved an 8 bay), but it did include everything listed on the description. However, it did arrive with out the rails, but the seller responded to my enquiry quickly and has since posted the rails. It was packed quite well. This would be the third item I have purchased from this seller and they have been pretty good with every so far.

    I asked seller to confirm the PC is an SFF as in main photo in the listing, seller conformed it was. Item delivered was a minitower which is much bigger. Seller has not repiled in over a week to my message re either return for a refund, or maybe a discount on the price paid. Wrong item supplied, seller does not respond, be careful with this seller !!!!!!!

    These were shipped fast, and they were very well packed. I received one incorrect drive (it was missing a label, and was SATA not SAS), and one faulty drive in this shipment, both were returned and promptly refunded. The remaining six drives I purchased in this order worked perfectly, and were great value! thank you!!
