Not only was the price out of this world, but Julian provided excellent customer service, responding to my queries within the hour and even expediating delivery for me. Item arrived not as described (reportedly due to issue with supplier and out of seller’s control) and seller responded promptly with a number of very reasonable solutions. Was able to receive a replacement item after returning the initial item. Definitely would recommend seller based on their willingness to address issues, particularly with a larger purchase.

  Package received in perfect brand new condition. That's a great value compared to Apple. Well packaged and perfect in outer appearance. It's an Apple product, so we know about the quality standards. Product registration was smooth. There was a delay in shipping the product without communication which caused a panic situation as this is a high value product. The company offers a good value and the produc is real. Improve on customer commnucation front will make them shine.

  Like a few other reviewers have said I was a little wary of such a large purchase on line sight unseen. I took confidence from reviews and EBay’s backing of the seller with their guarantee and additional discount voucher. The price was over $300 cheaper than the competitors. Couldn’t be happier with the response, Julian’s pro active communication and the relatively quick delivery given the time of the year. The product is exactly as described.   I couldn't be happier. The whole process was seamless, transparent, very well organised and excellent communication. A high priced ticket item makes most of us a bit nervous.
