  I purchased a 13" MacBook Air and it was exactly as described. It arrived within a reasonable time, and the seller was upfront about not being a large operation, so I didn’t expect next-day delivery. I had no problem with that since they communicated it clearly. The value was excellent, especially as I was able to use a coupon to bring the price down even further. This ended up being the cheapest deal I could find anywhere, and overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

  Package received in perfect brand new condition. That's a great value compared to Apple. Well packaged and perfect in outer appearance. It's an Apple product, so we know about the quality standards. Product registration was smooth. There was a delay in shipping the product without communication which caused a panic situation as this is a high value product. The company offers a good value and the produc is real. Improve on customer commnucation front will make them shine.
