  Good morning, Yesterday the above notebook arrived. I opened the box, which looked like to be brand new, as the add noted, Unfortunately, when I tried to start the unit after having put it on the charger overnight, it would not start. Could you please provide a clarification or a service agent in North Brisbane region, who is able to check out the unit. Another question? These units generally have a 3-year warranty, however when I checked on the HP website it told me the warranty was expired.
