The Story of TechPros
Our story began in 2013 when we opened our first store in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, under the name Fone & Pc Fix Stevenage. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, our aim was to provide the best tech services to the end user. Initially, we focused on providing repairs to our customers. It wasn't long before we noticed a significant demand for refurbished tech in the market, particularly with the growing popularity of mobile phones, followed closely by MacBooks and PCs.
Recognizing the Demand and Embracing Sustainability
As we observed that the average person upgrades their phone every two years, we realized that many old phones were being discarded, contributing to environmental waste. To combat this issue, we started recycling electronics. This initiative allowed us to build strong partnerships with various organizations to recycle mobile phones, iPads, tablets, MacBooks, and PCs.

Great communication and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
