  I cancelled one order immediately, but the seller still shipped it and ignored all my messages — I had to refuse the delivery. Of the two watches I did receive, one did not appear brand new as advertised (no protective wrap). Very poor communication and disappointing experience overall.

  Was sent with signature on delivery and I wasn't home. Absolute nightmare. Had to walk to the post office three times with a total of 6km to pick up the parcel. Packages damaged during transport. One box was not sealed, therefore hard to say if it was new. The ordered items are functioning, but the delivery nightmare could have easily been avoided by not requiring a signature on delivery. In that case the mail man would have left it in our dedicated mail room.
