    The chair was missing the mesh back from the package, seller was quick to reply to my concerns & offered 2 options to resolve the problem. I accepted a 50% refund & found a back of an old office chair that fitted the existing bracket supplied with the chair however it wasn’t of the same material as the new chair that made it easy clean for its intended use in a medical clinic! I’m pleased the seller was open to helping resolve the problem quickly!!
