  Item received on time and well packaged. Unfortunately, one of the earbuds would not charge. Seller took care of this matter immediately upon being contacted, issuing a full credit and insisted that I keep the defective unit instead of returning it. I ordered a replacement as this was no fault of the seller. I haven't received the replacement yet, but I am hopeful that it will not have any issues. Excellent communication and customer service.   Controller arrived just as pictured. While Fedex dropped the ball and I became upset, Mr Alvarez was helpful and worked to find out what went wrong in the shipping.
