    I cannot thank the team enough for their efforts in getting the mirror to me without any damage. The excellent packing team packed everything extremely well and the selling team were very responsive when I informed them of a couple of missing parts, which were quickly found, packed up and sent. Both packages arrived in good time. The mirror is as described and a fair price. For all the packaging and distance for transport/delivery, the p&p cost was acceptable. I recommend this seller.

    I was so pleased to find this figurine as I had managed to break the tail of the one I had. It arrived this afternoon, so well protected wrapped in bubble wrap. It’s in excellent condition - exactly as described and shown in the photos - and was such a great price. In addition a voucher for 20% off a further purchase from the site was included. What a lovely touch. Thank you.

    Good, the item was as advertised , have had to replace the battery though as the ones that came with didn't hold much of a charge, but still worth the price, postage / delivery was good once it was sorted this item wasn't wrapped or packed in anything so doesn't apply, also by buying from this seller I helped the hospice/ charity.
