  I have not received this item. Initially I was told that the item was lost and then I had an email saying it was sent and then it was delivered but I did not receive it. I asked for the name of the courier company so I could chase it up but this was not provided. They said they were talking to the courier company and would let me know and I am still waiting. I have not heard from them since.
