    Received the wrong book in the mail & immediately notified the seller on receipt of it with sufficient proof. The book I received was completely different. Seller apologized & said that she would resolve it over as soon as she could. Messaged the seller after 3 days of not receiving anything back from her & she advised that she was looking after a sick family member. An offer of a refund was made & received, however, the seller requested the book to be sent back several days later, so it was.
