  This seller used to provide great support and honor the 1-year warranty on TESmart KVM switches. However, after changing their name to brand AVICO, they now ignore all support requests via eBay, their website, and even phone. TESmart the manufacturer also disavows responsibility. My unit failed - no video output and random beeping. Seller never replied. I had to open a case just to get a refund. Very disappointed. Avoid this seller if you expect post-sale support.
