  I have tried to resolve this issue but all he has offered me was a $4 refund even though I paid $13.27, which I thought was an insult to me. I have asked for a full refund and I would repurchase the 20pack but waiting to hear back from him. My order I thought was a pack of 20 but I only received 1 filter I was shocked 😮 when I received only 1 filter in my order bag.
