There was a small issue with the wiring when the item was delivered that needed repair work but they worked with me and refunded the cost to cover the repair. Good with communication, they even offered a refund for the delayed shipping. The part has been repaired and item is now installed and in good working condition.

It took longer then expected to revive my transfer case with very little to no communication other then please don’t leave a bad review or report us to eBay. Multiple things were damaged on case including the housing had parts of the case broken off due to being packaged in a box yes you herd me a transfer case wrapped in plastic wrap in a cardboard box that looked like it had been through the great race. Item was supposed to be coming from Texas were they are located did not came from Illinois.

Part itself was alright, it was a bit dinged when I got it, looked like it might of been dropped. Would of been before packaging sometime. But it's also a used part, and nothing was mechanically wrong with it for fit form function. Problem I had was more so the fact it took 3 weeks to get the part. And I am not convinced that when you message the seller, it's not a robot responding. Responses seem very automated and questions aren't really answered other than your order has been processed .
