    I can't say anything about the quality as fortunately for me and unfortunately for the one that needs it, I didn't purchase it for my problem. The package came in perfect condition, it looks like it has been handled with care which is quite miraculous. The value is great but beware of the government who will ask you for an additional 20% of what you paid if you want the product you BOUGHT. Funny, isn't it? The seller is absolutely great; professional ,helpful and communicative . Many thanks !

    A seller with outstanding customer service! I ordered a CPM machine at a time in my knee recovery when I really needed to be using it, so asked if they could possibly expedite the shipment. Shipping was free. Amazingly, I received the machine from India just four days after ordering it! It was well packed, in great condition, and is already being used. Kudos for responding to my request for speed; I'm truly grateful for all they did to make sure I got this machine ASAP! A++++ seller!

    The item arrived before schedule and was as described. Only snag was that it couldn't pair with my phone on Omron App and Omron confirmed it was because it was not for USA/CA market and was not supported. I initiated Return and on receipt of item by the Seller I received my refund the next day!
