    Fast to ship/deliver, mail delivery person marked the box as damaged due to large dent & box was wet! However, all items inside were well protected with bubble packing & the wooden block was a bit damp & knives were exactly as shown/described in auction by seller! Some scratches in highly polished blades from previous use. Blades were dull but sharpened up very well. Son was very pleased with gifted set! GR8 seller to deal/communicate with,5*+++++. Feedback will be much appreciated!

    Ad stated a "pair of upper AND lower knobs" which implies 2 of each. The seller even included a picture of 4 knobs (2 of each). I was disappointed when I only recieved 1 of each. Tried reaching out to seller and they brushed me off and told me to return the 2 that I recieved for a return. They obviously were very misleading in their ad and it would be hard to argue that they didn't do this on purpose. 0/10 would not recommend this seller.

    What I meant was a pair equaling 1 upper & 1 lower as it is designed to fit on ONE seat as shown in the photos. Buyer thought I meant a pair of 4 items total - 2 uppers & 2 lower - which I would have considered 2 pairs. If you have questions about the listing, I am here to help to avoid misunderstanding as I want you to be happy as a buyer. I was in contact with the buyer w/ many messages before this negative. If he would have messaged BEFORE purchasing this misunderstanding wouldnt happen
