Dear Book Loving Friends.
We are a husband and wife team who love old books, and always have. We have spent forty years working in publishing and bookselling and in Stephen’s youth it was always his ambition to own his own bricks and mortar bookshop. With the advent of the Internet, the bricks and mortar part became very difficult. However now we are lucky enough to have an online bookshop, a good collection of over 2000 antiquarian books and ephemera, and a team of four people plus Willow, the cat.     The book is as described, which is great. I purchased on the morning of Weds 30/4 and it was dispatched on Tues 6/5, with the only communication being when I contacted for an update. The book arrived thankfully undamaged, in a reused padded envelope, no cardboard was used to prevent the antiquarian book from receiving bumps to the corners and edges.

    Very quick transaction with both books being packed safely together in a very large "bubble wrap" bag, folded over a couple of times to ensure the safety of the books as they travelled through the mail system. The books were just as described and were excellent value for money given the very low starting price.

     the value for the item's rarity is good. The shipping charges gave me pause, but shipping is expensive now. The item was as described, the binding is fragile but again according to agent use. The packaging was excellent, very tight and the item arrived in good shape. I would definitely purchase again
