  It took several days longer to receive the item than should be expected. When I contacted the seller about the delay, the response was that it was an issue with documentation. When I finally received it, it was obviously not the same item pictured on the site. I was in worse condition, defective, & unusable.I was noI contacted the seller for redress, & again they were very slow to respond in spite of multiple email exchanges. Their delay resulted in the expiration of the 30 day warranty.
