The description stated this was an new, unused item in the box. However, upon arrival the item was not in a box. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but had some leakage around the lid which had congealed. See photos below. Item was shipped quickly and arrived before the initial time. I'm not sure if the item had been opened previously and rewrapped or used.

They did not send the gel I ordered. They picture they have is not accurate and deceptive. I want the agave gel with the teal lid. The seller says that is the same gel but in new packaging. I’ve been using this gel for 30 years and the formulation is different. They refused to let me return it.
