    These Individual Lozengers are $2 EACH. A very misleading Ad. I contacted the seller querying this as they are advertised ‘as sold in retail stores’ and in Australia always sold in packets, not individual. They offered a 10% refund and left an insulting message. I was never rude when I queried the cost $40 for 20 lozenges as I have been purchasing these for my elderly mother for years for Dry mouth and never paid that amount. Not Happy with this purchase.

    They are medical lozenges for extremely bad breath you chose 20 of them from the listing so you knew at time of purchase they broke down to $2 each. If you have been purchasing these for years you know the pricing. As you were complaining we offered 10% refund as a kind gesture, but you asked for more. We are very confused about the insulting message, i have checked all correspondence to you and have found no evidence, will contact you to find out more
