  Chosen carrier, (NOT Royal Mail) didn't take to safe place as they agreed via their web site and just dumped outside front door, no knock or ring either and was not on time so unreliable for third delivery in a row from this particular carrier . Superb service from product vendor let down by iffy carrier performance......! Apart from that everything else was very good, ie product, packaging, etc.
