Welcome to The Cluttered Basket! It's pretty much the story of my life. A treasure trove of crafts, jewelry and fabric! Lots and lots of fabric! One day, I realized I had stopped being a "doer" of crafts and just became a collector (maybe a little bit of a hoarder...) of things. Now, I realize, I don't have enough life left to finish all the "projects" I've accumulated. So I'm releasing all my treasures to find homes where they will be used, loved, recycled and bring joy to other creative souls.

    My package was sent to another buyer and I got theirs. The seller was very prompt at getting the packages switched and communicated during the whole transaction. It took a little while because we had to return the incorrect packages and they had to be sent out correctly, but my item finally got to me. Return postage was even paid by the seller. I was quite happy to finally get the butterfly brooch, it is a beauty! I would do business with this seller again.

    Everything was exactly as described. I checked every envelope and all instructions were included. All patterns were factory folded. In one envelope some of the pieces were cut, but they were cut in a way to retain all sizes, which I normally do with my patterns. These beautiful designs were made for me. I would order again from this seller. Furthermore, shipping was less than originally posted and an unexpected refund was issued. This seller has integrity.

    These earrings arrived damaged owing to lack of rigid packing. The seller was reluctant to acknowledge the damage, despite multiple photos sent. Eventually we came to an agreement and a partial refund was sent. I was not happy with the time and effort required of me to get a resolution (which was not the one I suggested/wanted). The earrings are beautiful and I wanted to keep them once repaired, so I'm leaving positive feedback along with this information.
