  Packaging was excellent and received in good condition (all the way from Australia). About a 15 day interval from purchase to arrival - which is pretty good for int’l shipping. A packing slip (albeit without a small “thank you” message) was enclosed, documentation I very much appreciate since I sometimes receive multiple items at the same time. (Cuts down confusion.) Thor arrived just as described. He was in great shape, sans any dings. It’s a handsome as hell bar and I’m very pleased!

  The 35 oz Coin arrived Damaged! The Acrylic case lid is all Scuffed up. The inside of the Presentation Box is also Damaged. The seller accepts no responsibility for the POOR packaging. Ben claims the Presentation Box was a Bonus and he writes a nice book. Unfortunately He does NOT tell the Truth ! Sadly this seller is too Cheap to buy Styro,etc for safe shipping! They use cheaply made airbags! 12 of 15 arrived Empty & under the Presentation Box -leaving the outer box 60% Empty! I was offered $31

  This feedback is false, defamatory, and deliberately misleading. The coin was securely packaged with bubble wrap and airbags - dispatch footage confirms this. The outer box was undamaged; only a free bonus insert (not part of the listing) and the case displays fingerprint marks likely from the buyer himself. We even offered a $50 AUD refund - not $31. This buyer has been repeatedly unreasonable, dishonest in their claims, and abusive in communication.
