    Item was sold with a battery and charger. Arrived with neither. Called as requested on enclosed letter only recording. Send a number of messages only response do you want sent to same address and family issues had sent battery and charger. Called numerous times same recording. Sent emails requesting shipping carrier and tracking information. Got nothing. Requested return nothing. Only wanted what was listed on selling list. Had to get eBay involved to even get return approval.

    The edger was in a box with the battery and charger as it said on the ad. Everything was in new condition, the seller also put their own personal cell phone number there in a separate piece of paper there were any issues to call him directly. I thought that was a very professional and very nice touch.
