    The vendor shipped quickly and product was as advertised. However, they shipped UPS which I find the worst carrier to Canada. Driver showed up with an invoice for over $50 which represented a small duty but larger brokerage fee. Driver had not way to take payment so drove off with package. It took several more days to clear and deliver. I wish USA vendors would just ship post. 90% of the time these arrive duty free.

    Item arrived just as described in excellent packaging! Shipping time was crazy fast, and the radio fit perfectly (2013 Dodge Grand Caravan). Before buying this radio, I tried picking a junk yard radio from another Dodge/Chrysler which was a nightmare. This radio is a far better value, and my girls absolutely love it.
