Jack arrived damaged with a big dent in the side and a bow to the body, so it doesn't fit in the socket. Seller also never posted a tracking number and somehow disabled the "contact seller" button, so this damage can not be easily reported.
Seller is also violating ebay policy and putting a contact card in the shipping package instructing to contact them outside of ebay. Sorry, no. This is being reported.

Hi ggigabitem, we are sorry to hear that the jack arrived damaged. We package this product in bubble packs to protect them as much as possible during transit. At times things do get damaged in transit and we are always available to issue replacements in these cases. The Contact Seller button not being available is an odd one, since that interface is owned and controlled by eBay, we cannot remove it. Also, the contact card is added as a way to let customers know they can reach us in anyway.
