    Item arrived broken. Seller made no offer at reconciliation and denied problem. When I sent a picture of the broken piece the seller denied the item was broken and asked to see the packaging. Do not trust this seller. If something goes wrong, they will not stand by their transaction.

    Buyer sent a photo of the glasses. I was unable to see where the glasses were broken. I asked the buyer to send a photo of the packaging showing damage. They did not. I packaged the glasses so well to protect them from breakage. When I requested a photo of the damaged packaging, they said I was badgering them. They responded with this negative feedback.
