Packaging wasn't the best to be honest, it was terrible, the box was already damage on the side. I was worried about the console might get damage, as the package felt empty like I can feel the console, controller & cable was moving around, only had 1 layers of bubble wrap, not very strong packaging. The item was Good - Refurbished as described. Very Good Seller, just needs to improve better with packaging :)

Because of this, the box has sustained damage. Luckily I paid a great price for this otherwise I wouldn't be happy. But I can reassure anyone that is worried this company is a fantastic company on eBay! And I would buy from them again 100% Once I opened the outside box the PS5 box was there also perfect and unopened. I have had not one problem from the PS5. It was a the cheapest price than any other company on the internet and eBay plus also had a great voucher for it also! Postage was extremely fast also!

Quick dispatch and arrived in fantastic condition with excellent protective packaging (clear plastic protective sleeve). Not so happy that my other ordered item (Dragon's Dogma 2 XBX) was cancelled because of OOS, but overall the experience with this one has been very positive. Possibly would shop with The Gamesmen again.
