  Thanks for the great transaction and quick postage but delivery time is subjective and its kinda urgent..this is my 2nd purchase from this company.On first purchase, the postage was with normal Aust Post mail + Reg. On this order it was Sendle. As advertised, it was still Aust Post however I did receive within the "time frame" but Aust Post would have been a lot faster and its tracking is better .Overall I am pleased.

  Product is as stated, but packaging is substandard , item labelled fragile but still arrived from courier with a bend/ bow in the bars due to no structural stiffener support packaging. suggest review the way product is packaged before sending out.

  We weren't 100% sure on whether we'd selected the right remote (after two times we'd failed elsewhere to get it right) so we asked The Garage Door opener co and they asked to send photos of the front and back of our current remote to them. They then confirmed we had selected the right one. Postage was fine. Both (we ordered two) were programmed (easy) and work great. Thanks guys
